What the visit looks like
Section titled “What the visit looks like”One of us who lives in the house will show you around. The tour takes about an hour and covers the house’s shared spaces – the dining hall and the kitchen where the cooking teams make a shared dinner, the living room, the playroom, the woodworking shop, the bike room, the guest rooms and the roof terrace with its view over Rosendal.
Every tour finishes with coffee and cake in the dining hall, where there is time to ask questions about cooking teams, cleaning, working groups, costs and the housing queue. You do not have to be looking for an apartment to come along – many visitors are simply curious about this way of living.
Part of Open House 2026
Section titled “Part of Open House 2026”Our open house is part of Open House 3–4 October 2026, coordinated by the national association Kollektivhus NU. That same weekend, collective houses all over Sweden open their doors – last year around twenty associations took part.
