Cooking teams

If you live in the house, you are also part of a cooking team. Every cooking team has one or more team leaders; at present there are four teams.
We cook every Tuesday and Thursday and dinner usually starts at 17:30.
You are expected to take part in roughly two shifts per cooking-team week. If you cannot make it at all, try to find a stand-in from another team.
Signing up for the dinners
Section titled “Signing up for the dinners”You sign your household up at https://dinner.rudbeckia.nu. Log in with the house password, pick an evening and fill in how many adults and children are coming, what you eat and any allergies. The confirmation arrives as a direct message from the house bot, together with the evening as a calendar file.
If you eat with us most times, you can turn on a standing sign-up under My sign-ups: fill in how you usually eat on a given weekday, and you will be counted every time without doing anything. A sign-up for a single evening always beats the standing one – a sign-up for zero people is exactly how you skip an evening without touching your standing sign-up.
Sign-up closes at 23:59 on the Friday a full week before the cooking week, because the cooking team shops for the whole week at once. After that you cannot sign up or change your mind on the site – get in touch with the team leader.
Guests sign themselves up at https://dinner.rudbeckia.nu/gast, without a password. They pick an evening and write their name and who they are visiting. The link they get back is the receipt and the only way to change or cancel, so they need to save it.
When sign-up closes, the team leader receives the meal list as a direct message from the bot: the totals the team shops by and a link to the printer-friendly list of households and allergies.
