Working groups
The needs of the house and the interests of the residents determine which working groups exist.
The interiors group
Section titled “The interiors group”The interiors group focuses on form and function in the design of the shared spaces. Those spaces are on the entrance floor, the basement floor and the seventh floor (a heated conservatory and a roof terrace with a 360° view over Uppsala).
The social group
Section titled “The social group”The social group plans occasions that strengthen the bonds between residents. Both old and new traditions have their place.
The kitchen group
Section titled “The kitchen group”The shared meals are central to our sense of togetherness. The kitchen group is responsible for keeping the kitchen working and organises the cooking teams so that the Tuesday and Thursday dinners in the dining hall run smoothly.
The IT group
Section titled “The IT group”The IT group is responsible for the wifi in the shared spaces and develops IT solutions that make life easier for the residents.
