Book
The shared bikes of the house are booked in the house’s own booking system at https://booking.rudbeckia.nu.
How to book
Section titled “How to book”- Open the booking page and log in with the house password. You get the password from the board or in the house Mattermost.
- Choose what you want to book, which day, for how long and when you want to start.
- Say who you are by searching for your name or username in Mattermost.
The confirmation arrives as a direct message from the house bot, together with the booking as a calendar file so that you can add it to your own calendar. Under My bookings you can see your upcoming bookings and cancel them.
The page is available in Swedish and English – switch language with the flag in the top right corner.
What you can book

The keys and batteries hang on the shelf in the cleaning room next to the lift. Put the bike back in the bike room at street level when you are done and put the battery back on charge – see The bike rooms. If something has broken, say so in #cykelpoolen in Mattermost.
Other things that are booked
Section titled “Other things that are booked”- Guest rooms are booked on site via the calendar on the whiteboard by the square – see The guest rooms.
