Inför inflytt
- Läs igenom materialet som finns på denna sida då den informerar dig om de viktigaste reglerna vi har i huset
- Maila kontakt@rudbeckia.nu och be om tillgång till Mattermost och wikin om du inte fått det redan
- Skapa ett konto i Mattermost och wikin
- Introducera dig själv i entré-kanalen
- Fråga i kanalen om någon vill ställa upp som en mentor
- Om du har bil: Då bör du läsa igenom informationen om de olika parkeringar som finns i närheten av huset
- Undersök husets cykelpool genom att se hur man bokar el-cykel och bokar el-lastcykel
Under inflytt
En pirra och två flyttskivor i olika storlekar finns att hämta i huset i cykelrummet på plan -1 för att underlätta inflyttningen.
Var särskilt försiktig när du använder hissen och blockera inte själva dörren när den försöker stänga. Efter 10-15 försök ger hissen helt enkelt upp och går in i ett fel-läge som man behöver ringa Schindler för att fixa. Använd istället din hand för att bryta sensorn mellan dörrarna. |
Efter inflytt
- Delta i nästa husmöte, se kalendern här i wikin för tidpunkt för nästa möte
- Fråga i entrén om något matlag behöver folk och anslut dig till ett av matlagen
- Hör av dig till städchefen på ditt våningsplan för att få veta hur städrutinerna och maskinerna fungerar
- Anmäl dig till nästa veckas middagar genom att fylla i anmälningsformuläret
- Boka ditt första tvättstugepass genom att skriva ditt namn på listan precis innanför dörren till tvättstugan

Before moving in

- Create an account in mattermost and the wiki
- Introduce yourself in the entrance-channel
- Ask in the channel if someone wants to be your mentor in the house
- If you have a car: Then you should read this information on the different parking lots near the house
- Investigate the bike pool we have in the house by investigating how to book an electric bike or cargobike
During the move
There are a moving disk and a utility dolly that you can use in the house in the basement floor (-1) that will simplify your moving.
Be especially careful when using the elevator and don't block the door itself when it is trying to close. After 10-15 attempts the elevator simply surrenders and enters an error mode that requires a qualified technician to restore. Instead use your hand to break the sensor lasers between the doors. |
After moving in
- Participate in the next housemeeting, see the calendar in this wiki to see when the next meeting is
- Ask in the entrance what cooking team needs people and join one of them
- Contact the cleaning boss on your floor and get to know the cleaning routines and how the machines work
- Register for the next weeks dinners by filling in the registration form at http://mat.rudbeckia.nu (always the same address)
- Book your first laundry slot by writing down your name on the list just inside the door to the laundry room. Important: Only use the unperfumed detergent in the laundry room that the association pays for. It's free for you.
